Service:- Hire Driver only, One, Two, Three or Four working men with a Luton Van on an hourly rate to help assist you in your move a contents of one room, flat, office or an entire house.
London Pricing:- Hourly hire rate
Driver/Van Self-Loading £15 every ½ hour (2hrs Minimum Hire)
One Working Man & Van £20 every ½ hour (2hrs Minimum Hire)
Two Working Men & Van £30 every ½ hour (2hrs Minimum Hire)
Three Working Men & Van £40 every ½ hour (4hrs Minimum Hire)
Three Working Men & Two Vans £50 every ½ hour (6hrs Minimum Hire)
Four Working Men & Two Vans £60 every ½ hour (6hrs Minimum Hire)
Hire Duration:- There is a minimum hire time for each service then hire is at every half hour.

+15 Mins to load/secure/unload each large furniture (ground-1st floor)
+20 Mins to load/unload & secure each large furniture (2nd-3rd-Lift floor)
Floor Handling Fees:-
Free inside Lifts
Free up to the 3rd Floor
+£20 to 4th Floor with Stairs
Furniture Dismantling/Assembly:- Basic furniture dismantling & reassembling is included in costs (excludes large wardrobe with more than 2 doors).
Journey Miles/Fuel Fees:-
0-10 Miles Apart Free
10-20 Miles Apart £20
20-30 Miles Apart £30
Van Type:- Large Luton Low Loader Vans (Tail lift vans available on request).
Exclusions List:- Upright Pianos, Commercial Fridge Freezers, Professional Pool/Snooker Tables.
Starting Time:- The hire time will start once the driver arrives at your collection address and will end as soon as the driver has unloaded all your load into your delivery address.
Furniture Protected In Transit:- All our vans have carpet installed on the flooring and blankets to protect unboxed furniture being transported. All vans are also cleaned on a daily basis.
Passengers:- Our chargeable service to you is to transport your load from your collection address to your delivery address. Customers that wish to come in the van with our driver to follow their load, can do so on the knowledge that this is a ‘courtesy lift’ (not for ‘private hire’) and we are not charging for this ancillary service.
Payment:- Hourly rate jobs are charged at the minimum requested hire time regardless if the full duration is not used then charged at every started half hour. Payment must be made in cash direct to the driver/service provider at the start or on completion of the job, payment by Bank transfer or Card Online must be made in advance prior to the start of job.
Receipt:- Our driver will provide you with a receipt after the job has been completed.
Area Coverage:- We are able to cover areas within Greater London.
Areas Outside London:- Please fill out our quotation form with the postcodes and we will try and calculate a cost.
Arrival Times:- We will do our best to arrive within the time scale stated however, arrival times are estimated and delays are sometimes unavoidable due to traffic on the road and previous jobs where the customer has under estimated the time duration so please always allow extra time for your move in your schedule.
Avoid Delays:- By booking earlier time slots so there are less jobs in front of yours & avoid busy days like Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
Cancellation and Postponement:- You can postpone or cancel your booking within one hour from the collection time and there will be no charge. If you postpone or cancel after this time frame you may be charged £40 to cover the driver’s first hour. If our driver is running late to your job you are able to cancel and make other arrangements at any time and you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
Compensation/Discounts:- Unfortunately as the service we offer is out of our control and is dependent on the traffic on the road also customers providing the correct estimation time for their job we are unable to offer any Compensation or Discounts due to our driver arriving late.
