Due to long social distancing entry queues currently at Ikea Wembley, Greenwich & Lakeside, there will be an additional +£30 surcharge if you require your collection from any of these stores. There is no surcharge for collections at Ikea Croydon & Tottenham.
Floor Handling Fees:-

+£20 to the 4th Floors with Stairs
Two Hours Delivery Slots & Bank Holidays:- Requested Delivery Slots between Two Hours and on Bank Holiday Sunday/Monday may incur extra costs.
Step 1 – Shopping List: Visit the store’s website & write down the Name, Article/Product Number & Price of all the items you wish us to purchase on your behalf.
Step 2 – Place Your Order: Return back to our website, fill in the required details on the booking form with all your delivery details & items you wish us to purchase and then click submit.
Step 3 – Await Confirmation Of Order: Once we receive your order we will price it up and email you the total cost for delivery & items before we proceed further.
Step 4 – Accepting Confirmation Of Order: Once you receive an email from us stating the total cost of items & delivery you can then instruct us to proceed with your order by responding to the email.
Step 5 – Now Sit Back & Relax: We will then purchase & deliver your items at your designated day & time.
Step 6 – When Your Order Arrives: When your order arrives the driver will check with you that all the items are correct while the goods are still in transit and provide you with the original Store Receipt plus our Delivery Invoice. Only once you are completely satisfied that everything is correct you can then make payment.
Receipt:- Our driver will provide you with a receipt after the job has been completed.
Payment Due:- Don’t worry, there’s nothing to pay upfront. We use our own money to fund customer’s orders and you only make payment once it has been delivered.
Payment Type:- Cash, Debit/Credit Card or Bank Transfer. No matter which payment method you choose to pay with, we will always purchase orders in cash and give you the original receipt so your Sales Contract & Warranty for your goods still remain with the store. We also do this in case you later want to return any of the items for a refund, you are able to receive your refund in cash and it is not instead refunded back on to a card that we have used.
Payment By Debit/Credit Cards:- Please be advised that card payments incur a 3% processing fee. This fee is the amount we are charged by the card merchant to process your payment.
Qty Of The Same Items Ordered:- Up to 5 of the same item ordered in quantity is still classed as 1 item.
Shopping List Maximum Price:- Must not exceed £1000 without advance payment.
Insurance Cover:- We are member’s of Ikea Family that cover all products purchase from Ikea (only) against accidental damage on the way home and during assembly, our membership will be displayed on all receipts. Unfortunately other stores do not offer this insurance so please ensure you check your packaging before accepting delivery to avoid an additional expense for returning your item back to store.
Damaged Packaging On Delivery:- Our drivers carefully select boxes that have no damage to their packaging but if in the unlikely event upon delivery you notice any damage to a box you can open and check the contents is still intact or refuse delivery & request for the item to be replaced for free. Unfortunately we are unable to accept any notifications of damaged packaging or items after delivery.
Damaged or Missing Parts After Delivery:- We are aware that flat packed items can sometimes be damaged or have missing parts within the box. If your order was purchased from Ikea and you find any items that are damaged or have missing parts don’t worry just contact Ikea’s Customer Service within 14 days and request a home replacement which is free of charge. If your order was not purchased from Ikea then unfortunately you will need to place another chargeable booking with us where we will purchase and deliver the exact item again to you and return your damaged one back to store for a refund so you only pay the cost of our service and not the cost of the item again.
Area Coverage:- We are able to cover areas within London.
Areas Outside London:- Please call us with the postcodes and we will try and calculate a fixed price.
Arrival Times:- We will do our best to arrive within the time scale stated however, arrival times are estimated and delays are sometimes unavoidable due to traffic on the road and previous jobs where the customer has under estimated the time duration so please always allow extra time for your move in your schedule.
Avoid Delays:- By booking earlier time slots so there are less jobs in front of yours & avoid busy days like Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
Cancellation and Postponement:- You can postpone or cancel your booking within one hour from collection time and there will be no charge. If you postpone or cancel after this time frame you may be charged £30 to cover our first hour. If our driver is running late to your job you are able to cancel and make other arrangements at any time and you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
Compensation/Discounts:- Unfortunately as the service we offer is out of our control and is dependent on the traffic on the road also customers providing the correct estimation time for their job we are unable to offer any Compensation or Discounts due to our driver arriving late.
